From Edinburgh / South:
Follow the signs to the Forth Road Bridge, crossing the bridge and continuing on to J5 M90 (signposted: Crook of Devon)
At top of slip road, turn right (signposted: Glenrothes)
At T junction (100 yards or so on) turn right (B996, signposted: Cowdenbeath)
Around half a mile or so on the left, you will see 3 biggish, new houses and a signpost just beyond for Ballingry / Lochore. Take this road.
Pass by the green barn on your left, continue for 50yds approx until you see a row of municipal dustbins – blue bins and big green one.
Just before the bins, turn left; go up single track road. You will see a semi-derelict house on left and beyond that a wooden fence.
Pass the fence on your left and you will see the opening to our drive, look out for the green tin garage.
Please use parking spaces in front of the house.
From North:
Leave M90 at J5, (signposted: Crook of Devon)

Continue as above, directions from Edinburgh / South
By Public Transport
Buses - nearby Kinross (3 miles from the house) has a park & ride facility adjacent to Sainsbury’s. Megabus and City Link use this – buses from Edinburgh and the north. Check their websites for further details. Buses also run regularly to Cowdenbeath (6 miles from the house). If travelling by bus or train, it may be possible to pick you up; in the event of this not being possible, taxis are available.
Trains - these run regularly from Edinburgh to Cowdenbeath or Dunfermline (our nearest stations) or Kirkcaldy and Perth if travelling to or from the north.
Airport - Edinburgh airport is 20 - 25 minutes away from the house (by car or taxi) and Glasgow airport 1 hr and 15 minutes away. If leaving or arriving at ‘rush hour’ time, allow longer for your journey!
